★ Planning the trip ★
How to get a seat at these arenas
Most of these rooms host boxing only a handful of times a year, and the good nights sell out before the undercard is announced. Ticket outlets, presale windows and travel dates all move with the fight card, so plan around the bout rather than the venue.
Follow the card, not the building
Arena dates are set by the promoters once a fight is made, so a venue can go months without a card and then stage two in a season. Watch the schedule for the arena you want and be ready early — the first ticket window is usually the only one at face value.
What a seat is actually worth
In these rooms the price band matters less than the angle. Ringside is about ringside talk and ringside food; the lower tiers are where you hear the shots; the upper bowl at Wembley, the Dome or the Plaza de Toros gives you the whole ring and the walkouts. Choose by how close you want to be to the noise.
