World boxing champions and title belts
The championship list groups recognised title holders by weight division and sanctioning body. Switch between the men’s and women’s lists to see who currently holds each available belt.
The four major boxing organisations
The WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO each recognise champions and rank contenders. Because the organisations operate separate titles, one division can have several world champions at the same time.
Unified, undisputed and vacant titles
A boxer who holds belts from multiple major organisations is a unified champion. Holding all four makes a champion undisputed. A title may become vacant after retirement, a move in weight or an organisational ruling.
